A company is looking for a Data Scientist I to leverage data for actionable insights in healthcare and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in all project phases from concept to production support
Create and refine predictive algorithms and analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends and insights
Design and deploy machine learning algorithms and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Epidemiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data science, focusing on healthcare or life sciences
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data manipulation and machine learning frameworks
Familiarity with healthcare data sources, including EHR / EMR systems and claims data
Understanding of healthcare systems and regulations, such as HIPAA
