Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls from clients to resolve issues efficiently
Provide excellent client experience through active listening and effective navigation of systems
Utilize customer relationship management systems to maintain accurate client records
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous remote customer service experience is preferred
Stable job tenure of one year or more in each position is desirable
Experience with customer service software and CRM systems is beneficial
