Business Litigation Associate Attorney

Location : Indianapolis

Direct Counsel is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join a well-regarded AmLaw 100 firm in its Indianapolis office. This role offers the chance to handle sophisticated commercial disputes for a national and international client base.

What You’ll Do :

Work across all phases of business litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, class actions, antitrust matters, M&A litigation, securities litigation, and corporate governance disputes

Manage litigation procedure, discovery, and e-discovery

Take on increasing responsibility within a collaborative team environment

Participate in depositions, hearings, and oral arguments (experience preferred but not required)

What We’re Looking For :

3–5 years of law firm litigation experience

Strong academic credentials

Exceptional writing, analytical, and organizational skills

Experience with complex commercial litigation

Active Indiana bar membership

Compensation :

The expected salary range is $200,000–$350,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.

Work Environment :

The firm supports a balanced hybrid model, with attorneys in-office three days per week to promote collaboration while maintaining flexibility.
