Position Overview

As an Auto Sales Representative (BH/PH), you will drive high-volume vehicle sales by guiding customers through the purchasing process while delivering exceptional service and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles in a fast-paced Buy Here Pay Here environment
• Guide customers through the full sales process from greeting to delivery
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer and deal documentation
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications

• Proven Buy Here Pay Here auto sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to sell 27+ vehicles per month
• Strong closing, communication, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods
• Background check and eligibility to work in the United States

Compensation & Schedule

• Earnings: $100,000+ annually for top performers
• Pay Plan: Commission-based with NO caps
• Bonuses: Aggressive and uncapped
• Schedule: Full-time
