Touchstone Closing is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Real Estate Paralegals. Our focus is on building a robust administrative team with a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Dependable, helpful, and highly responsive.
- Practical experience with web-based software preferred but not mandatory.
- 2-5 years experience in the industry
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Google Suite is a significant advantage.
- Ability to function independently with a proactive attitude.
- Keen to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with or without previous experience in a real estate or similar professional setting.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage in comprehensive on-the-job training provided by our seasoned team of real estate paralegals and attorneys, designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed for success in this role.
- Learn to efficiently manage a multitude of tasks related to real estate closings.
- Coordinate logistics with a variety of stakeholders, including lenders, real estate agents, and home buyers and sellers.
- Support with administrative duties as required, contributing to the team's success.
