Job Description :

This position focuses on planning and overseeing technology implementation projects or upgrades (e.g., enterprise applications, SaaS, infrastructure, networking, data centers). It may also involve acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach , ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Scope

Develop project plans, define scope, goals, and deliverables for enterprise technology initiatives.

• Continuous Improvement

Drive problem-solving and collaborate with IT teams and vendors.

• Process Facilitation

Streamline workflows between internal teams and external providers.

• Stakeholder Communication

Provide status updates with quantitative metrics.

• Delivery Management

Ensure objectives are met within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Reporting & Analysis

Present clear, data-driven insights for reviews.

• Risk Management

Identify risks and create mitigation plans.

• Technology Strategy

Translate long-term goals into actionable roadmaps.

• Framework Application

Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Skills

• Required :

SAP HANA, SAP ERP

• Ad Hoc Reporting
• Strong analytical skills
• Preferred :

Complex Deployment Planning

• Microsoft Excel
• Jira

Special Note :

This role owns end-to-end SAP cutover planning and execution , including governance, risk mitigation, mock cutovers, testing coordination, and hypercare. Requires prior SAP S / 4HANA deployment experience and cross-functional leadership.

Experience

• Required :

6+ years in IT

• 3+ years in Program Management
• Expert-level Project Management
• Preferred :

Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage dependencies and coordinate large teams

Education

• Required : Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred : None specified

Additional Info

• Work Arrangement : 4 days in the office
• Nature of Role : Non-technical but above PMO support; below SAP functional / technical consulting rates
