Loan Officer Or Mortgage Loan Originator

Candidate can live anywhere but must be licensed for loan processing in Florida, Alabama, Minnesota, or Texas! (Just needs to be one)

What You'll Do :

  • Financial analysis : Review financial documents, perform credit evaluations, and ensure loan applicants meet the necessary qualifications.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with underwriters to secure loan approvals, keeping clients informed throughout the process.
  • Lead generation : Expand your pipeline by networking, building referrals, and seeking new business opportunities.

  • Experience : Demonstrated success as a loan officer, mortgage loan originator, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of loan products, policies, and industry guidelines.
  • Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills with a focus on building trust.
  • Technology : Proficiency in loan origination software and CRM systems.
  • Licensing : Active NMLS license required.
