Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Board Certified / Eligible Sleep Medicine Physician to become an integral member of our successful team. With a strong reputation in the region, we provide a supportive, experienced environment for professionals dedicated to advancing sleep medicine and making a lasting impact on patient health.

We use an evidence-based approach to help improve our patients' total well-being whether that is through dietary changes, behavioral changes, surgical treatment or other medical interventions. Practice Details :

• 5 Fully equipped Sleep Suites
• Dedicated referral base from over 30 Primary Care Clinics
• 12-20 patients seen per day
• Two Board Certified Physicians and two Dedicated Nurse Practitioners
• Provider-shared pool of over 3500 sleep study reads per year
• Utilization of multiple Home Sleep Study Devices
• Regional outreach 2-4 days per month
• Teaching opportunities available through the Medical College of Wisconsin's Green Bay campus
