BI Developer II - Job Overview

Schedule : Monday-Friday (8AM-5PM) | Hybrid

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Design and document enterprise solutions with a focus on digital innovation.
  • Utilize advanced SQL Programming to develop sophisticated analytic tools.
  • Create comprehensive technical specifications that ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Develop and code complex programs using C# / MS Visual Basic / .NET.
  • Design and implement data interfaces for next-gen Business Intelligence tools.
  • Maintain and optimize data warehouse and ETL processes, driving continuous improvement.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of coding segments in existing applications.
  • Gather and synthesize business and technical requirements for agile work product development.
  • Consult with BI Analysts and stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities for high-quality data products.
  • Manage multiple priorities with agility and precision.
  • Document procedures for implementing innovative work products.
  • Thoroughly test all functions of work products to ensure peak performance.
  • Foster effective teamwork and demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Uphold safety protocols and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing business and healthcare data with a focus on innovation.
  • Experience with Centricity Electronic Health Record is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in analytical solution design and development.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server Reporting Services or SAS for advanced analytics.
  • Strong SQL development skills with experience in ETL and data warehousing solutions, especially using Microsoft Azure / SQL Server.
  • Capability to present complex data insights to BI and business stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
  • Desirable : Expert understanding of ETL processes, familiar with the full software development life cycle, and ability to present to top management.
