Business Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst II to support sales operations in the North America Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with sales leaders to establish go-to-market strategies and sales targets

Provide insights and analysis of key metrics to support data-driven decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, BI / Tableau, and PowerPoint

End user experience with a CRM tool, preferably Salesforce

Experience in a finance or operations role interfacing with sales teams

Ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
