Position Summary :

The SAP Developer will be responsible for developing and enhancing our SAP Business One system to optimize our processes and support our growth objectives. They will have a strong technical background, expertise in SAP HANA, ERP project management, database administration, and reporting tools.

SAP Developer Responsibilities, include, but are not limited to the following :

Lead projects and initiatives, conduct system and integration testing.
Develop, customize, and integrate reports using advanced reporting tools.
Utilize MRP system (OptiPro module in SAP) for planning and inventory management.
Write and optimize SAP HANA database queries.
Lead implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP processes and provide end-user training.
Provide day-to-day support to end users, resolving technical issues.
Collaborate with management to understand business needs and develop solutions.
Maintain and manage databases, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
Monitor and manage access controls to safeguard sensitive information.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Manufacturing industry experience

In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and ERP systems

10+ years of experience in SAP development, with exposure to HANA

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams

Advanced technical writing and documentation skills

ERP Project management skills

Knowledge of programming languages and database management

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues

P&L with % of Revenue on each line, cleaned up format

P&L vs Budget, with $ and % variances

GL Detail report with specific columns added

AR Aging, modified format o AP Aging, modified format for check runs

Inventory report, modified format

Sales by part number report with gross margin

Sales Tax report, modified format

Business Partner invoice history, modified format

Update and enhance our QMS manual.

New Users and current Users Authorization management.

There are over 1100 authorization settings, and we need guidelines established for the different users in different job requirements.

User Password management. Need a system / procedures and record / manage Cloud log in and OptiPRO log in.

Manage user Displays.

Update or Upgrade printable documents. This requires Crystal report modifications.

We need customized reports and documents automatically emailed to key personnel.

We need customized queries using HANA database.

At receiving during GRPO, enable bar codes for products that are part of our serial number tracking used in Genealogy.

Need an automated alarm or notification when product is ordered or shipped at GM level
