A company is looking for a Service Desk Supervisor to oversee the IT Service Desk and provide technology support.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor Help Desk staff, including conducting performance evaluations and managing schedules
Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators while handling technical escalations and overseeing training
Manage firm-wide communications regarding technology service downtime and participate in new application testing
Required Qualifications
Four-year technical degree or equivalent work experience
6+ years of Help Desk experience in an enterprise environment
6+ years of Microsoft product support experience
2+ years of supervisory experience managing a team of five or more
Willingness to respond during emergencies and work overtime as needed
