About the Role
We're hiring a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software that meets business and customer needs. You'll build features and capabilities for external customers and internal users, and configure or customize vendor-packaged software where needed. This role works within a team with guidance from senior engineers and opportunity to grow technical ownership.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain application features and integrations.
- Configure and customize vendor-provided packaged software to meet user requirements.
- Build and maintain APIs for internal and external use.
- Collaborate with product, QA, and operations to deliver production-ready software.
- Follow Agile development practices and use planning tools (, Azure DevOps).
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Contribute to DevOps / CI-CD practices and automation efforts.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Required Skills :
yrs experience and good proficiency in C, .NETWorking knowledge of SQL and basic database concepts (SQL / NoSQL).Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI / CD / DevOps principles.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to document defects and technical work clearly.Communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong logic, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Prior experience with an insurance companyBachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
