PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : As the Applications Development Manager, you will be responsible for strategic planning in product and service development, overseeing software development activities, and coordinating with corporate management and business sponsors. You will provide administrative guidance to ensure productivity and monitor third-party technology vendors, products, and services.

QUALIFICATIONS :
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, preferably with a major in Information Systems or Management. An advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Ten (10) years of related experience is required, including a minimum of eight (8) years in systems software development or infrastructure, six (6) years in supervisory or project management roles, and experience in claims management. Experience with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation is strongly preferred.
