Job Overview : The candidate for this position will be responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of construction loans and loan closings of moderate complexity.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for :
- Serving as the primary point of contact for borrowers and lenders throughout the construction and loan process.
- Administering and monitoring a portfolio of construction, ensuring all conditions, documentation, and timelines are met.
- Preparing, reviewing, and processing loan documentation, and gathering all required application materials.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external partners, including title companies, inspectors, attorneys, surveyors, and other vendors, throughout all stages of financing.
- Guiding customers, loan officers, and third-party vendors through the loan process, ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank policy requirements.
- Maintaining and updating loan and credit files and performing post-closing reviews.
- Monitoring portfolio reports, tracking and clearing exceptions, and following up with clients on outstanding items.
- Providing daily operational support for lending staff, including processing draws, insurance / tax items, payoffs, loan proceeds, wires, and check requests.
Requirements for the position include :
