Medical Director

Job Description

Qualification :

  • Education : MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Ability to identify, attract, and recruit top medical professionals
  • Strong acumen in business profitability and financial sustainability
  • Expertise in developing and executing innovative clinician engagement strategies
  • Extensive clinician network with deep insights into high-potential and established medical leaders
  • Experience in managing clinician performance, conducting evaluations, and making strategic decisions on underperformance
  • Demonstrated success in implementing cost-optimization initiatives while maintaining operational efficiency

    • Specification :

  • Qualification : MBBS / MD, MBA added value
  • Work Experience : 20+ yrs, 4 yrs in Medical Director capacity
  • Strong track record in recruiting and engaging top medical talent
  • Expertise in developing and executing business-aligned clinical strategies
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management
