Environmental Services Assistant Director-2nd Shift

Aramark Healthcare is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant Director-2nd Shift to join their team at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX. The Environmental Services Assistant Director-2nd Shift is responsible for developing and executing facility solutions to ensure all health and safety standards are met. Responsible for servicing and / or maintaining a physical location or site to client specifications. Leads the operations of facility accounts by ensuring areas of responsibility meet objectives and client expectations.

Job Responsibilities

Leadership

• Overall ownership and accountability of operational management and financial performance of the unit
• Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
• Reward and recognize employees
• Identify and engage top talent and develop team members to their fullest potential within the organization
• Plan and lead team management meetings
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations

Qualifications

Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services

Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred

Requires a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience

Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality and service excellence for employees, clients and consumers
