A company is looking for a Director, Quality Engineering to lead its quality strategy and practices.
Key Responsibilities :
Establish a clear definition of software quality and formalize metrics and processes
Implement SaaS-oriented testing practices and refine deployment methods
Lead the selection of tools for test automation and monitor organization-wide quality KPIs
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in software quality, test engineering, or software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven success in establishing quality programs in SaaS or cloud-native environments
Strong understanding of CI / CD and automated testing practices
Hands-on familiarity with test automation frameworks and CI / CD toolchains
Experience in defining software quality metrics and translating them into business outcomes
