Join Our Team as a Lead Software Development Manager
In this pivotal role within the Compute Scaled Manufacturing team, you will drive the creation of advanced GPU server qualification processes. Your leadership will empower customers to leverage the capabilities of GPU servers, significantly enhancing their AI projects.
Guide and inspire engineering teams to successfully develop and launch innovative products and services.
Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry best practices, enforcing compliance and promoting innovation across the organization.
Launch new cloud services while striving towards establishing and maintaining operational excellence.
Set and uphold software development standards, processes, and best practices within the team.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that assist in streamlined decision-making and effective prioritization.
Establish performance goals and actively collaborate with team members to create actionable commitments.
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role focused on enterprise software.
At least 7 years of experience in application development, including 2 years concentrated on large-scale distributed applications, web services, or systems design.
Strong programming proficiency in C / C++ (preferred), Rust (preferred), and Java.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications :
5 or more years of experience in a management capacity.
Experience in Cloud Infrastructure development or low-level systems engineering is a plus.
Master's or PhD in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
