A company is looking for a Senior Renewal Manager to oversee the end-to-end renewal process and drive customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive renewal strategy, including playbooks and processes
Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders throughout the renewal lifecycle to address challenges
Partner with Customer Success and Account Managers to negotiate and finalize renewal contracts
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on renewals or account management
Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex contract renewals
Proven track record of achieving high renewal rates (90+%) in a SaaS environment
Proficiency with Salesforce and Customer Success Platform software
Flexibility in schedule to accommodate a global customer base
