As a result, a full-time position is available for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Engineering group. This opportunity is available at any of the following office locations : Denver, CO; Madison, WI; West Allis, WI (Greater Milwaukee Area); Dallas, TX; San Diego, CA; or Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities include :

• Using 3D BIM software for design, coordination and plan development of mechanical piping and air systems
• Preparing reports and studies related to mechanical systems
• Selecting, specifying and estimating costs of mechanical equipment
• Performing load calculations and / or energy analysis
• Conducting periodic construction site inspections
• Other tasks as assigned.

The successful candidate must have the following :

A valid driver's license, about 25% travel, and entrance onto military bases and airports will be required for this position.

Salary Range : $90,000 and above - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as : experience, skill set or location.
