Develop and optimize global processes for Professional Services delivery and customer success engagement
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Customer Solutions, Professional Services, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or technology company
Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Certinia, and project management tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and driving actionable insights
Proven experience in process design, automation, and systems integration
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
