A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead engineering and maintenance operations across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for engineering and maintenance operations across multiple facilities

Develop and implement standardized preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability

Oversee plant infrastructure and lead capital planning and equipment strategy, including facility upgrades and automation initiatives

Qualifications

10+ years of engineering or maintenance leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing environments

Multi-site engineering or maintenance leadership experience preferred

Experience with industrial laundry, textile processing, or high-volume manufacturing environments strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Familiarity with CMMS systems and reliability engineering practices
