Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive global leadership development strategy aligned with organizational objectives
Build and scale leadership programs, including workshops, coaching, and mentoring for leaders at all levels
Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to identify and retain top talent while managing the leadership development portfolio
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Management or Leadership Development roles
Subject matter expert in leadership development strategy and program design
Experience managing teams in large, multinational organizations
Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate learning impact
