Manages sales processes, client engagement and outcomes.
Responsibilities include managing client sales inquiries related to product offerings, pricing, and implementation, conducting sales discussions, handling the client management process, analyzing trends in overdrawn accounts, resolving document exceptions, coordinating client implementation activities, providing guidance on treasury management solutions, attending industry forums and community events, building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, analyzing client and industry data, working closely with internal teams, building advocacy for digital products, supporting implementation activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and focusing on business/group within BMO with potential enterprise-wide focus.
Qualifications include 4 6 years of relevant experience in treasury management, financial operations or risk management in a corporate or banking environment, a bachelor's degree required, technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience, and advanced level of proficiency in areas such as treasury management, cash management, payment technologies, financial analysis, risk assessment, quality assurance auditing, regulatory compliance, data analysis reporting, problem solving, time management, and being detail-oriented.
Salary range is $51,800.00 - $95,900.00, with pay type being salaried. The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
