Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare organization is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacist to support their retail and long-term care pharmacy services in Orem, UT. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care by dispensing medications, providing medication counseling, and ensuring a superior level of customer service. The role is perfect for a licensed pharmacist with relevant experience looking for flexible per diem work.

Location : Orem, Utah

Schedule :

  • Friday, December 26, 2025 | 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (8.5 hours)
  • Monday, December 29, 2025 | 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (8.5 hours)
  • Tuesday, December 30, 2025 | 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (8.5 hours)
  • Wednesday, December 31, 2025 | 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (8.5 hours)
  • Friday, January 2, 2026 | 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM (8.5 hours)

Total Hours : 42.5

Responsibilities :

  • Dispense medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
  • Provide patients and customers with accurate information about medication use
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to promote positive patient outes
  • Maintain pliance with pharmacy regulations and policies

    • Desired Experience and Qualifications :

  • Valid Utah Pharmacist License
  • Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care settings preferred
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills
  • mitment to accuracy and patient safety
