We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Immigration Lawyer to join our dynamic team.

• Position Overview :

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and legal drafting skills, sharp litigation capabilities, and a commitment to the highest ethical standards. You will work on a variety of cases, including USCIS applications and waivers of inadmissibility, and conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and determine the best path forward. • Key Responsibilities :
• Handle all aspects of removal proceedings
• Conduct consultations with potential clients to assess their legal needs
• Draft and manage asylum petitions
• Prepare and file family-based petitions
• Assist clients with DACA applications and renewals
• Represent clients in Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews
• Qualifications :
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Proven expertise in USCIS applications and waivers of inadmissibility
• Excellent communication and high-level legal drafting skills
• Sharp litigation skills and strong ethical standards
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
