Production Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Production Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in production management activities such as incident, change, and problem management

Implement plan reviews and change submissions to enhance platform resiliency and availability

Maintain production run books, change registers, and perform impact / root cause analysis for production issues

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in an enterprise IT environment

2+ years of experience in Unix and Windows, and scheduling tools

2+ years of experience in Oracle

2+ years of experience in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
