Key Responsibilities
Manage onsite merchandising placements, ensuring they are compelling and relevant
Conduct site audits to identify issues in product discovery and merchandising opportunities
Lead monetization strategy and pricing for onsite placements to meet commercial targets
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in site merchandising or ecommerce management
Proven track record in optimizing product discoverability and driving commercial impact
Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams for site updates
Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and making merchandising decisions
Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to align on merchandising goals
