[job_card.job_description]Indoor swimming pool maintenance, including water testing and equipment upkeep Electronic lock systems troubleshooting and repair PTAC unit maintenance and repair (hotel room A / C units) Servicing hotel ice machines, washers, and dryers Light plumbing : clogs, faucets, toilet repairs, etc. Light electrical : outlets, switches, basic wiring General hotel facilities upkeep (guest rooms, public spaces) Responding promptly to guest and staff repair requests Keeping maintenance logs and following all safety procedures Hotel maintenance experience preferred, but apartment or light commercial building maintenance is acceptable Pool chemical knowledge and repair experience required 1–3 years of maintenance experience is ideal Paid vacation begins after one year, with a minimum of 5 days Paid sick leave and holiday pay (at 1.5x for major holidays) Employee room discounts at participating properties

Location : Sidney, OH
Pay : $18–20 / hour (depending on experience)
Bonuses :
- $500 after 90 days
- $1,000 after 180 days
- $2,000 after 1 year
- $3,000 after 2 years
- Increases annually by $1,000 until capped at $5,000
Schedule : Full-time, half-day Saturdays, on-call as needed
