Quality Assurance Supervisor Housekeeping

Responsibilities :

A Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for the daily inspection of guest rooms suites villas and guest hallways.

• The Quality Assurance Supervisor is required to complete a minimum of 60 guest room inspections per day for the Resort rooms and 40 for the Tower suites as well as conduct visual inspections of guest hallways.
• Inspections must meet Wynn Standards of cleanliness for all guest rooms suites and villas.
• The Quality Assurance Supervisor spends up to 90% of their time on the floor interacting with guests and employees coaching Guest Room Attendant and Utility Houseperson on room standard techniques and completing written documentation.
• Participate in special projects during their shift.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications.
• Operate the Property management System such as OPERA and the room tracking program.
