County Casework Supervisor (Local Government) - Lebanon County C&Y

Lebanon County Children & Youth Services is actively seeking a Casework Supervisor to round out our staff. DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Within this supervisory role, it is essential you have direct knowledge of laws and regulations which govern child welfare services and ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations and Agency policies and procedures. Work includes ensuring that all required documents are completed within the required time frame and that all available services are provided to clients in compliance with applicable regulations. You can expect to review and schedule all petitions for Court Reviews and have all required forms completed accurately and in a timely manner. This position oversees the training and approval of new foster parents, foster home evaluations and re-evaluations, and assures foster families meet all State and Federal requirements and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining reports, statistics, data and summaries to assist in preparing an appropriate budget based on the needs of the unit.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.
