Travel Ultrasound Technologist – Weekends Only

Location : Poplar Bluff, MO

Start Date : 12 / 15

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Weekends Only – Sat, Sun & Mon

Hours : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Call : Required – Saturday & Sunday nights

EMR : Cerner

Floating : Possible to outpatient imaging center

Position Details

Inpatient and outpatient diagnostic ultrasound procedures

5 ultrasound units in the department

Must be able to perform :

Abdominal, pelvic, OB / GYN, and transvaginal

Small parts (thyroid, breast, scrotum)

Vascular studies (RVT required)

Ultrasound-guided biopsies, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and aspirations

Echo experience preferred

Requirements

Minimum 1 year ultrasound experience

ARDMS or ARRT (Ultrasound)

RVT (vascular registry) required

General ultrasound competency required

BLS required

Ability to float if needed

Preferred

Adult cardiac sonography experience (echo)

Broader multispecialty ultrasound background
