Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be immersed in the design and analysis of complex building systems across a diverse range of high-impact projects, from soaring commercial towers to intricate cultural facilities. Key Responsibilities :

Perform detailed design and analysis of structural systems for complex new building projects, utilizing materials including structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and post-tensioned concrete.

Collaborate closely with senior engineers and project teams to develop calculations, design narratives, plans, and construction details that meet stringent safety, performance, and code requirements.

Utilize advanced structural engineering software—including RAM Structural System, ETABS, and related analysis platforms—to model building behavior, run simulations, and validate design approaches.

Prepare, detail, and coordinate structural drawings and Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit Structure, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and MEP systems.

Conduct and document structural engineering inspections and field investigations for both new and existing structures, providing clear findings and recommendations.

Perform thorough reviews of plans, calculations, shop drawings, and construction documents to ensure accuracy, constructability, and adherence to project specifications.

Support project teams during construction administration phases, responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and visiting project sites as required.

Communicate effectively with internal team members, external clients, architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

Qualifications Requirements :

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required; a Master’s degree with a structures focus is highly advantageous.

Two (2) or more years of progressive, hands-on structural engineering experience within a consulting or design-build environment.

Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, or Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) certification with a clear path and eligibility to obtain a P.E. license.

Demonstrated experience with industry-standard structural analysis and design software, including RAM Structural System, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar platforms.

Practical, working knowledge of and experience with Revit Structure for the production of coordinated structural drawings and models.

Direct experience in the design of new building structures within the United States, with a strong understanding of U.S. building codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC) is strongly preferred.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
