Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to thoroughly assess patients' conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in making patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer medications as prescribed, including over-the-counter and prescription medications.
• Collaborate effectively with the nursing team to develop comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
