Immediate need for an Administrative Receptionist for corporate offices. Do you possess the structure, attention to detail, first-time quality and do you thrive in a high-energy environment? You will provide administrative support to the corporate offices and will work with corporate departments on a variety of tasks related to the Company’s long-term goals and objectives. A courteous and polished professional that will deliver exemplary work to executives and board members is needed.
Responsibilities
Administrative duties include scanning documents and making sure that office supplies are at adequate levels.Handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance with issues or delaysAssist with offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transportationAssist with preparing and producing reports, presentations and briefs that are assigned by Senior ManagementAssist with managing Executive calendars, meetings and appointments and provide remindersAssist with developing and carry out an efficient documentation and filing systemAssist in editing spreadsheets and presentations, including printing and binding, for clients and internal customersProduce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organizationServe as an asset to the accounting team by providing valuable administrative supportQualifications
Ability to exercise good judgment in confidential situations, and Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsExhibit polish, professionalism, high emotional intelligence and radiate positive energyProven experience interacting with senior management with the advanced ability to organize.Excellent telephone and email etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar managementIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Excel and Word)Proficiency in EnglishDiscretion and confidentialityRelentless problem-solver, resourceful and creativePassion for building great cultureCollege degree is a plus
