[job_card.job_description]Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management Collaborate with our therapists and virtual psychiatric providers to support continuity of care Perform annual in-person evaluations for existing virtual medication management clients Document services and treatment plans in a timely and compliant manner Attend occasional team meetings and clinical consultations Holds an active Massachusetts PMHNP license with prescriptive authority Has experience treating adults in outpatient settings Is bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred) Has a collaborative, team-oriented approach Is committed to delivering culturally responsive, evidence-based care Is comfortable being part of a hybrid clinical model (in-person and virtual integration) Part-time, flexible schedule (610 hours / week to start, with growth potential) W-2 position at $100 per hour Paid documentation time and regular support from a dedicated admin and billing team Join a mission-driven, family-run practice making an impact in Western Massachusetts Work with a passionate, supportive team in a warm and welcoming office environment Help expand access to culturally attuned psychiatric care, particularly for Spanish-speaking clients Focus on what you do bestclinical carewhile we handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling

Inspira Counseling Center , a thriving and culturally responsive mental health practice based in West Springfield, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team. We proudly serve a diverse population and are deeply committed to inclusive, trauma-informed, and collaborative care.
This in-person position helps us meet regulatory requirements for annual face-to-face evaluations for clients under the care of our virtual psychiatric providers, while also expanding in-person psychiatric services at our practice.
