Must have a MA degree, not bachelor s levelMust specify they are LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW not LSW, AMFT, or LPCMust have full license not associate name) Location : Good Samaritan Mission Oaks Address : 15891 Los Gatos Almaden Road, Los Gatos 95032 Floor : 2nd Building : General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds - Number of Staff 8 Type of staff : o Day Shift 8 : 30-5pm- 1RN, 6 Outpatient Therapists (LMFT or LCSW license) Patient Ratios we run 5 groups a day, 10 patients per group Type of equipment - EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. LCSW or LMFT or LPCC BLS certifiedMUST BE LICENSED IN CALIFORNIA Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Knowledge of CBT and DBT skills Experience running psychotherapy groups or skills groups List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Facilitate psychotherapy and psych skills groups Document groups in Meditech Psychsocial Assessments Treatment Plan updates Treatment team participation Discharge planning Safety assessments as needed Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Business casual, no jeans Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
