A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager, Affordability - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the performance of various clusters within the call center
Plan, review, and optimize workflows while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
Audit and verify team members' work to ensure information accuracy and manage workloads effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 1 year managing with team lead experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmacy, healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification
Experience verifying insurance eligibility and coverage
Previous supervisory experience of remote staff
