Follow a proven training plan to advance to a mortgage banker role
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
At least 1 year of sales experience; phone sales and debt consolidation experience is a plus
Dependable, self-motivated, and a positive team player
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
