Assistant Managers and Managers play a critical role in ensuring aquatic facilities meet the excellent customer service and safety standards associated with the Midwest Pool Management name. Leadership positions enforce all facility, company, and local health department rules, regulations, and guidelines.
This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, responsible, proactive, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
