Compensation Pay Range :
$16.90 - $24.90
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and premiums that may be paid under specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
The Parts Delivery Coordinator is responsible for safely operating and maintaining store vehicles to deliver parts and products to professional customers. This position also involves collecting payment on cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.) deliveries and picking up customer returns.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers efficiently and safely.
- Utilize delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete daily vehicle inspections.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of delivery vehicles; complete daily inspections before operation.
- Ensure the security of delivery vehicles, keys, fuel / fleet credit cards, hand-held devices, and collected payments at all times.
- Pick up customer returns and accurately complete driver return slips.
- Communicate any issues or special requirements from customers to store management.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or damage to the store manager immediately.
- Ensure fuel tanks are filled and securely lock vehicles at the end of each business day.
- Adhere to company policies regarding clocking in and out.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including customer service tasks, inventory maintenance, stocking, merchandising, running errands, handling core returns, and managing incoming stock orders.
- Assist customers and serve as a cashier when business needs require.

Required :
Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Capacity to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery circumstances.Driving record must comply with the company’s 14 / 18-point record system.Must possess a valid state driver's license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.Desired :
