Responsibilities

The Provider Enrollment Analyst is responsible for coordinating and supporting the provider enrollment efforts for contracted providers. This role prepares, maintains and monitors provider enrollments and ensures continued enrollment status is in good standing. Maintains continuing education in order to resolve complex provider enrollment issues. Fosters good working relationships with providers, payors, staff and other departments.

Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required

Experience : 3 years of provider enrollment experience required
