Massachusetts Licensed IOP Therapist

A company is looking for a Bilingual Evening Virtual IOP Therapist (MA- Independently Licensed).

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings

Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy

Required Qualifications

A master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field

Valid Massachusetts independent licensure as a Clinical Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent

Experience in behavioral therapy and counseling

Experience providing group therapy in a virtual environment

Willingness to obtain cross-licensure in additional states
