Job Overview :

This is a full-time position with a consistent first shift schedule that may include weekend work. The role is physically demanding and involves heavy lifting, but offers a rewarding experience, especially suited for those with military backgrounds.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Provide exceptional customer service to all donors and customers.
- Assist the driver in maintaining donation boxes and donation station locations.
- Support special routes, including residential pick-ups, garage sales, estate sales, and fundraiser drives.
- Help with the placement and removal of collection boxes and trailers.
- Unload collections from vehicles at the conclusion of routes.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of donation sites and routes according to company standards.
- Work safely and efficiently while loading and unloading trucks and trailers.
- Adapt to various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
- Be prepared for physically demanding tasks, which can be rewarding.
Qualifications :
Must possess a valid state driver's license.Must be 21 years of age or older.Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Capable of bending, stooping, crouching, pushing, pulling, and climbing frequently.Education and Experience :
