Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team in St. Louis with salary starting at 100K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and construction. As an Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet our clients' needs and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing architectural designs based on client requirements and budget
• Leading project teams and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients
• Overseeing the construction process to ensure designs are accurately implemented

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Professional license to practice architecture
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
