    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Chair for the Department of Organization and School Leadership. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong background in educational leadership and a proven track record in setting strategic, operational, and financial direction. This role involves working closely with faculty, staff, and students to foster a culture of excellence and to execute a vision that enhances the department's prominence. The Chair will be responsible for the overall management and development of the department, including curriculum design, faculty recruitment and retention, and community engagement.

    Applicants for the Chair position should have a doctoral degree in a relevant field, with a focus on educational leadership, organizational development, or a related area. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within an educational setting is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field of organization and school leadership, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
