Our mission is to deliver an exceptional digital experience to our customers. / ppThe Associate Manager, eCommerce Site Operations is responsible for overall site operations, including testing validating website, mobile app, internal tool releases and A / B tests, and the implementation of seasonal site content. They will work with the site managers, the site director, and other cross-functional partners to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards. / ppResponsibilities : / pulliCoordinate and administer ongoing front-end user acceptance testing (UAT) of end-to-end customer experiences for various project releases, major site launches, and A / B tests. / liliExecute test cases to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. / liliDocument and report bugs, errors, and other issues discovered during testing, utilizing bug tracking software. Continue managing them to resolution. / liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure timely resolution of issues. / liliManage implementation of front-end optimization projects from end-to-end, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. / liliProactively review performance data and analytics following the launch of optimization projects, using insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and guide future iterations. / liliLead implementation of a new internal product management system, and manage maintenance, new features and optimization. / liliDemonstrate an ability to take ownership of key areas of the website. / liliUse a CMS to build webpages and launch content for marketing, merchandising, etc. as needed. / liliProactively review the site with a customer-first mindset, identifying operational and customer experience problems, while suggesting and delivering on solutions. / li / ulpCriteria : / pulliBachelors degree required. / liliTwo to three years of experience in website quality assurance, project management and / or eCommerce experience. / liliExperience with project / story management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. required. / liliContent management system experience preferred. / liliExperience with a product management tool preferred. / liliKnowledge of GitHub is a plus. / liliGeneral understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. / liliSuperb communication skills and can easily break down complex topics to smaller, more digestible pieces. / liliExcellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, isolate, and replicate issues. / liliFlexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. / liliOff-schedule hours are sometimes required. / liliThis role requires being onsite in the (provide office location) office Monday through Thursday and Friday as optional in the office. / li / ulpOur Culture Values : / ppWe believe that taking care of our people is vital to our success and we strive to offer equitable and transparent practices for all. The expected starting base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets.
