Sales Activities Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Activities Coordinator (Inside Sales Support)

Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 Hourly

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

What you will DO:

• Assist sales team in all sales activities
• Process customer purchase orders and credit claims
• Arrange routing and ensure order ship out on schedule
• Work with Accounting/Warehouse to keep account current
• Maintain google sheet for order/credit note status on daily basis

What you will NEED:

• 2-year US college degree and above
• 1 year+ sales assistant related experience
• Knowledge of routing/shipping terms

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in numerical analysis and advanced spreadsheet functions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Skilled in multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp and apply new concepts rapidly
