Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications. Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Mechanical Engineer role in Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and improve mechanical systems, components, and equipment to support production and operational needs.
- Create detailed CAD models, engineering drawings, and specifications in accordance with industry standards.
- Perform engineering calculations, tolerance analyses, and feasibility studies to validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including production, maintenance, and quality—to implement engineering solutions.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions to improve reliability and performance.
- Support prototype development, testing, and validation to ensure designs meet functional and quality requirements.
- Oversee equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades as needed.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation, reports, and revision controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality procedures.
